Self Care Catalysts raises $2 million seed round to develop breakthrough patient intelligence, informatics and self care platform.

Investment money continues to flow into companies that are providing a technology link between caregivers and sick patients.

Self Care Catalysts, a new patient informatics, intelligence, and self care solution provider, today announced it has raised $2 million in seed funding.

The investment comes from Prosoft Development, a privately owned company that invests in information technology, software development, consulting, and solutions for the health care and pharmaceutical industries.
